Together with Mr. David Lohan and Dr. Jennifer DeWan, the Justice office has brought out this publication.

“Open Secrets” is an eye opener and a tool-kit to legislators, pastoral agents, and human rights activists. I congratulate the authors for their rigorous research, courageous objectivity and uncompromising respect for human dignity.
The book is available on Amazon stores. The electronic version is FREE. Download it today.
